Job Title: Junior IT Faculty – Multidisciplinary Technologies (Java, Python, MERN, Data Science, etc.)

Job Overview: We are seeking a Junior IT Faculty specializing in Multidisciplinary Technologies such as Java, Python, MERN Stack, and Data Science. This is a full-time, contract-based position available in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, and Guntur.

Locations: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur

Experience Level: 0-3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Qualification: MTech/MCA/B.Tech/BCA or experienced graduates.

Salary(M Tech/ MCA): First 3 months: ₹20,000 per month (for freshers).
Post successful review and feedback, the position becomes permanent with an increase in salary to ₹3.6 LPA.
After 1 year, the salary will increase to ₹6 LPA, based on performance

Salary(B.Tech/BCA): First 3 months: ₹15,000 per month (for freshers).
Post successful review and feedback, the position becomes permanent with an increase in salary to ₹3.0 LPA.
After 1 year, the salary will increase to ₹5.4 LPA, based on performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Deliver high-quality training sessions on Java, Python, MERN Stack, Data Science, and other relevant technologies to students and professionals.
2.Develop curriculum and course materials aligned with industry standards and current trends.
3.Provide mentorship and support to students, helping them achieve their learning objectives.
4.Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, ML, Data Science, Software Development, and other emerging technologies.
5.Collaborate with other trainers and professionals to design and deliver comprehensive training programs.
6.Assess and evaluate students’ performance through projects, assignments, and exams.
7.Engage in continuous professional development to enhance both personal and organizational growth.
8.Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the organizational development of training offerings.

Skills:
1.Proficiency in below technologies:
Java, Python, MERN, Data Science.
2.Strong communication skills (mandatory).

Interview Process:
The selection process consists of three rounds of interviews:
Technical Round – Focus on your expertise in Java, Python, MERN Stack, and Data Science.
Communication Round – Assessment of your communication and presentation skills.
HR Round – Evaluation of cultural fit and final discussions on terms of employment.
